so uninstalled LR 23, reboot, reinstall, but the problem stills.

Any advices apart from uninstall everything reinstall?
It is already mentioned inside every Adobe single release. So, i thought it shall give you or anyone else an idea, anyway, this is the note always existed inside .txt of every adobe upload.
Note: If you encounter any issues with a previous installation / crack, please uninstall Adobe and delete those folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\

You’re right, do you know by chance another tool apart AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool that batch uninstall all the apps at once under windows? because i can’t see them in the default uninstall windows panel.

Only Acrobat Pro still requests to sign in (I’ve succesfully executed After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator).

What is the meaning of Pre-Activated? Are we gonna pay for the activation? does it detect for licensed? Your reply is much appreciated. <3
Preactivated > Predone > Crued > PreCracked > means the same, Preactivated means the activation is treated, nothing manual or anything required to activate Application, no limits, full app with all features.
But, Precracked apps are limited with features, we don’t do that, so, whatever you get from us saying PreActivated, go ahead and install, no activation is required, follow instructions given into the folder.
Portable > They are same as Preactivated but they do not require Installation, just download, run app, close, run app. That’s it.
