Neural filter not working after instalation.
Any advice?
Do these file folders just get placed into the adobe plugins folder? I haven’t located a setup or install file.

Can the plugins be used in portable Adobe?
Never tried, but you can try after loading/importing them into the app folder, I hope it does work!
What do you mean withloading / importing? Move the downloaded plugins into the app folder or import them from Photoshop ater starting the program?
Obviously, run Photoshop and import or load plugins where they are saved.
I can’t find where plugins can be imported or loaded in Photoshop. The plugin panel is empty, so is the plugin menu tab. However, I found that (so far) some of the plugins can be installed in the plugin folder of the portable Photoshop like you normally install programs. They show up in the filtermenu. I have installed a few light plugins. ON1 won’t start from the filter menu but has a link on the desktop. I can start up from there. But my computer is not the best one. So probably that’s why some plugins won’t work very well. But so far it looks like the plugins can be installed in a portable Abobe plugin folder like you normally install programs. With a good computer they may work well etter than on mine.
The plugin panel is empty after i install at last half of plugins in photoshop ? any idea how to fix it?
