when loading the software it gives me an error and this at 91% with the message (windows installation encountered an unexpected error. Verify that the installation source is accesible and restart the installation) then it shows me the message

Make yourself useful, and Google it, Microsoft and other known resources tell you the cause if you search with error code.
The third type of 0xc0000005 error is an error you can get when you are installing your Windows. The error message tells you that Windows installation encountered an unexpected error. At this point you cannot continue your installation.

If you search this error code you will get the solution. And before I proceed, I must say, this error doesn’t belong to the OS file or installation.
Most of the causes related to the system itself, Ram, Disk drive, outdated drivers, faulty app, etc! Go ahead and start troubleshooting.
