the solution of this problem is ‘install KM Player’ then Google chrome. or you can download MS Visual C++ Redistributable setup.
try it once.

Does it contains Spanish language? Or any way to add it…Thanks in advance
If it doesn’t have the Spanish language then you can add a language pack manually, search and read the official MS page and follow instructions.
