Additional information:
• The Plugins folder must be next to the Photoshop.exe file before starting the program.
• After the first launch, restart Photoshop if there are compatibility problems with graphics processors.
• After logging into Adobe ID, restart Photoshop again to synchronize with the cloud.
• To change the language, apply the settings and restart Photoshop:
Edit > Preferences > Interface > Presentation > UI Language > Russian
Editing > Settings > Interface > Presentation > Interface language > English
• For Neural Filters and Generative Fill to work , the program requires Internet access and login Adobe ID

What does it mean when it says portable
Portable means you do not need to install it, just download it and open the photoshop.exe file and it will start directly
You can also keep the files in a USB and open Photoshop portable in any computer by just plugging in the USB stick

That means you don’t need to install it. Just unpack and launch, also you can put this on pendrive, and launch from there on different PCs. All data is stored where in the same place where the app is.

Download torrent client, utorrent or bittorrent (freeware)
Install it and run it.
Now visit this page and click on the Download Torrent button, download the .torrent file
Save that .torrent file and open it with your torrent client, start and Rest and let it download.

isnt this a [portable version? you shouldnt have to install. it ahould make a sandbox type structure to add plugins and addons… right? I am actually looking for an installer version as the portables take up way too much ram and video memory for me to do anything worthwhile.

Great portable version like the previous, but the new Remove Tool function doesn’t work and get the error:

You better Google it by typing error code, make yourself useful, not all the problems belongs to app, there are many other things to consider!
This error belongs to your OS/disk/system files. Exception 0xc0000006 (disk error while paging) or due to corrupted registry files, in major words 0xc0000006 is NTSTATUS code. More precisely, it is STATUS_IN_PAGE_ERROR.
Google it and find how to fix it, restore system, scandisk, etc!

How do I add plugin addons? (Registry value etc.)

Pardon, but this portable does not include neural filters/plugins in it, I have shared the version in the past among plugins but did not see enough respect, so, I changed the plan to keep it without plugins.
Anyway, in the feature I will try to hook up the same release with new version. stay tuned!

what happens when I need to update?
It asks you to sign in for your Adobe ID and after update the app doesn’t work as the signature gets changed.
What’s multilingual about it?
There is no language other than English available or selectable.
Multilingual is probably something else!!

Might be, that I checked English as a must, Pardon if Spanish is not there but it is still called Multilingual.
You can go with the Pre-Activated version I posted, it has the maximum number of languages including Spanish.
The Camera RAW plug-in doesn’t work for me (I checked on a laptop and a desktop computer) – is this normal for this version?
Yes, it’s probably disabled with release. try Preactivated version.
Does this software need some sort of account sign in or payment? I just downloaded it now, but not installed yet.
It doesn’t require installation, Just run and play, close!
